Members of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) include physiotherapists, physiotherapy support workers, physiotherapy students, and affiliate members who support the mission of the association.  

The CPA is governed by a nine member Board of Directors. There are 11 provincial Branches and territorial Councils, 14 Divisions advancing different areas of practice, and active Support Worker and Student Assemblies. Several standing committees of the Board as well as ad hoc operational committees assist the Board and National Office staff with the work of the association. 

The National Office in Ottawa houses the CEO's Office and Practice & Research, Membership Services, Communications, and Finance & Administration Developments.
